About Me

Holly is a Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist. She holds the following degrees from La Trobe University

  • Bachelor of Health Sciences
  • Masters of Physiotherapy Practice.
  • Graduate Certificate in Sports Physiotherapy
  • Masters in Sports Physiotherapy

Holly is keen to provide her patients with the tools they need to gain long term outcomes and has a strong interest in movement based therapy, acute and chronic knee injuries, shoulder injury rehabilitation and concussion rehabilitation. A keen skier and surfer herself lends well to working with these sports and the injuries associated with each.

She is a physiotherapy provider for the Olympic Winter Institute Australia (OWIA) and has spent the last six seasons working intermittently with the Australian Para Alpine team, the Australian Skeleton team and more recently the Australian Aerial ski team. Holly has just returned from the 2022 Paralympic Games, which was a lifelong dream for Holly. She has also looked after the New Zealand Para Alpine team athletes at World Championship events on multiple occasions. Holly, in the past, has been an ASPA certified Ski Patroller and continues to enjoy time up at the Australian ski fields over winter.

Holly is a trained Clinical Pilates practitioner and also has certification in dry needling.

A passionate back country skier and surfer, when she is not skiing, or working, her time is spent surfing and enjoying the outdoors with family and friends down on the Surf Coast.
