James Hidic

About Me

James is an enthusiastic physiotherapist, with special interests in exercise-based rehabilitation, acute and chronic shoulder and knee issues, and lower limb musculoskeletal injuries. James graduated from La Trobe University with a Master of Physiotherapy Practice in 2020, following the completion of a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at Deakin University in 2018. He has been fortunate to gain experience within an elite sporting environment at the Geelong Cats AFL/VFL teams and has worked several years in private practice.

James has a passion for helping those of all ages and backgrounds achieve their goals. He enjoys implementing strength and conditioning techniques in conjunction with manual therapy, such as dry needling, to his patient-centred rehabilitation plans.

James is a Geelong local who outside of Grand Slam Physiotherapy enjoys playing State League soccer, discussing all things in sport, exploring the great outdoors and catching up with friends and family.
