Timo Kalbantner (ATP Tour Physiotherapist) demonstrates a very useful exercise to gain strength and control of the elbow joint. This exercise is regularly utilized in late stage ‘Tennis Elbow’ rehab. I had fun filming this clip whilst working with him at the ATP Challenger event in Taipei.

Here’s your tool kit for a tennis dynamic warm up to get you ready to play whether you are preparing to hit with a friend or prepare for a Grand Slam final. It comprises 3 simple units:
