Jesse has put together a matwork Pilates session, that can be completed by anyone, but we thought it would be great to have an introduction to Pilates for men. So what is Pilates? Pilates is essentially a great core workout that also aims to improve your posture, focus on bodily alignment and improve the quality of how you move.
