Oldies’ whole body workout

This 30 minute workout is a great home program for the whole body, that should be able to be performed by people with most levels of fitness as a good introductory program. We have called it Oldies whole body workout, as in particular it targets weightbearing exercises that are great for bony health, hips and knees and general upper body strength.
