There is a great deal of research around running technique, performance and injury. The main thing we know with this research is that changing technique does not necessarily improve performance or reduce injury risk if you do not have the strength capacity to allow that change. Controlling load and improving strength do appear to reduce injury rates and improve loads. If we have a good baseline of strength, improving technique/ form with running should be easier, allowing reduced stress on some tissues and improved performance. The Pose running…
