This form of exercise has a strong focus on awareness of movement, core, pelvic floor and postural strength. Unlike traditional Pilates, our exercises have an increased focus on strength training so all exercise systems are conditioned ensuring you will receive the maximum benefit from your exercise. Not only that, it is a great way to have fun with regular exercises that is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. At Grand Slam Physiotherapy we offer Group Exercise with a maximum of 5 per class, ensuring that your program is individualised and tailored to your specific needs.
