Golf Physical Screening For Improved Performance

Is physical pain and stiffness affecting your game? Or perhaps your game leaves you feeling sore and stiff?

There is no reason to leave the course feeling frustrated any longer, as a TPI assessment can help you achieve your best golfing performance. Mimi is a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 and Medical 2 certified physiotherapist and has particular interest in helping golfers of all levels; let her help you achieve your best physical function today.

Why undertake a TPI?

A TPI assessment will help you identify your physical restrictions/weakness and how it relates to your golf swing. The TPI does not believe in there only being one way to swing a club, but there is always a most efficient way for every golfer to swing and it is based on what the player can physically do.

What does a TPI involve?

The most efficient swing varies for each golfer, and hence the TPI screen includes a detailed assessment of swing mechanics, biomechanics, individual physical ability/fitness and movement quality. The results of your screen are then used to create a plan unique and individualised for each golfer. Your plan may include a combination of strength & conditioning, physiotherapy treatment, biomechanics, nutrition and golf coaching (by your golf professionals) or all of the above.

Mimi has established a number of positive working relationships with many local golf professionals, personal trainers, and other medical professionals. This enables her to provide you with a goal orientated program to assist you to reduce restriction, decrease pain and improve your golf.
