Taping
Taping may be able to help support or stabilise structures, aid in effective movement patterns and assist in muscle activation.
Taping may be applied to support, relieve pain, for postural correction or to improve joint stability. There are many different taping methods and types of tape, which are determined on an individual basis. Taping may be incorporated into your treatment or you can arrange to have a taping prior to your sport/activity.
