Stretch session for the whole body

Join Sports & Exercise physio Ben Herde to complete a 30 minute whole body stretch session, to reduce tension in tight muscles following cycling, running or swimming or even a busy week sitting at the desk. Ben completed this session with a local triathlon team, so is nice and specific for tri training. Equipment you need: a yoga mat, towel/ stretch rope and chair.
